Terms and Conditions for Trading with AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited

These Terms and Conditions govern all trading activities, including the purchase, sale, transportation, and refining of Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium. By engaging in transactions with AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. 

AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited reserves the sole right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, and encourages you to review them periodically.

 

1. TRADE TERMS

AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited operates under internationally recognized trade terms for the secure and efficient transportation of precious metals: 

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) – AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited arranges transportation, insurance, and shipping costs to the agreed destination.
  • FOB (Freight on Board) – The buyer assumes responsibility once the shipment is loaded onto the designated transport.
  • DAP (Delivered at Place) – Afriswiss is responsible for moving the goods from origin until their delivery at the disposal place agreed with the buyer ready for unloading at destination either by Brinks ( Brinks to Brinks procedure working with Mitchell Cotts) or DHL. 

Customized Agreements: Personalized trade terms can be arranged upon request, including private jet services for high-value transactions. 

 

2. ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS

To engage in any transaction with AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited, both buyers and sellers must undergo a strict compliance process, including: 

  • Know Your Client (KYC) Process – Submission of valid identification, business licenses, and proof of funds. Fill and submit the form here Know Your Client Form.
  • Customer Information Sheet (CIS) – A detailed form outlining the client’s business background and transaction history.
  • Due Diligence Verification which involves background checks to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in delays or denial of trade requests. 

 

3. APPLICATION SERVICE FEE

To initiate a business relationship with AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited, a one-time non-refundable application service fee of $3,000 USD must be submitted along with the required documentation. 

The application fee covers:

– Comprehensive due diligence to ensure compliance with AML and trade regulations. 

– Processing and verification of documents – KYC, CIS, and legal agreements. 

– Trade account setup to establish an official trading relationship with AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited. 

 

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

GOLD, SILVER, PLATINUM, AND PALLADIUM PRICING

Prices are determined based on the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) spot price at the time of transaction. Pricing agreements may be adjusted based on volume, trade terms, and market conditions. 

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

    • Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT) – Required for all international transactions.
    • Escrow Services – Available upon request for secure payments.
    • Letter of Credit (LC) – Subject to approval for large-scale transactions.
    • Cryptocurrency- USDT, ETH, BITCOIN, USDGOLD

DEPOSIT AND SETTLEMENT

– A deposit of up to 10% may be required for high-value transactions – Full payment is required before shipment or upon delivery, depending on trade terms. 

 

5. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited provides secure, insured, and fully compliant shipping services for all transactions, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of precious metals to clients worldwide.

  • Armored Transport & Bonded Storage – Precious metals are transported using high-security armored vehicles and stored in bonded warehouses under strict surveillance.
  • Air Freight – Secured Cargo – All shipments are fully insured and transported via trusted international carriers such as Brinks.
  • Customs Clearance & Import/Export Compliance – AfriSwiss handles all necessary documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements to ensure a smooth and compliant trade process.

 

STRATEGIC LOCATION FOR SEAMLESS LOGISTICS

AfriSwiss is headquartered at Wilson Airport, Nairobi, Kenya, allowing us to provide:

  • Airport-to-Airport Delivery – Secure transportation from Wilson Airport to major international destinations.
  • Airport-to-Refinery Delivery – Direct delivery to the client’s designated refinery for further processing.
  • Custom Delivery Options – Tailored logistics solutions based on the client’s preference and security requirements.

 

6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

All shipments are insured against theft, loss, or damage while in transit. 

AfriSwiss is not responsible for customs delays or government-imposed trade restrictions at the buyer’s location. 

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import/export regulations in their respective countries. 

 

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

All transactions are subject to Kenyan law and international trade regulations.  Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

 

8. AMENDMENTS AND TERMINATION

AfriSwiss Commodities Trading Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via official communication.
